JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you our new team member in the Night Patrol? The Night Patrol provides support and assistance during the night for citizens receiving home care throughout Bromölla Municipality. We are looking for someone who wants a meaningful and varied job with the opportunity to make a difference!

You will meet, communicate, and collaborate with citizens and their relatives to enhance participation and security. You will cooperate with colleagues and other professional categories for person-centered care and support.

You will work with all relevant tasks within care and support, based on a salutogenic approach. We have driving routes where you primarily drive alone and sometimes with a colleague. Work may occur in other units as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with a genuine interest in working with elderly people. We prefer that you are a trained specialist nursing assistant in areas such as elderly care. You are proactive and attentive to our citizens, responsible, and have the individual's needs at the center.

You are flexible, resilient to stress, solution-focused, and have an easy time collaborating. You should contribute to a positive work environment and have a good attitude towards colleagues and other professions. In this position, you are expected to be able to receive delegation according to HSL.

The job requires that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form. It is important that you are computer literate and not unfamiliar with new technology. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position. We are keen to find the right person and place great emphasis on personal suitability.
